Cancellation policy

We understand that from time to time you may find it necessary to cancel a search after it has been ordered.

You can request to cancel a search over the phone, by email or through your online account.

Online: From the My Searches landing page select the search order you would like to cancel. Select the button labelled ‘Raise Cancellation Request’ at the bottom of the page.

Please note that orders in progress, partially or fully completed may be subject to charges if a cancellation is requested as Wessex Searches is likely to have incurred costs in processing the request.

We may need to reach out to you for additional information to complete your order. If we do not receive a response to our query within 30 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
