Plymouth Council Official Local Authority searches delays

We have received correspondence from Plymouth City Council advising that they will not be accepting LLC1 search requests between 29th November 2021 and 7th January 2022 to enable existing search requests to be completed and returned. This is due to the Council transitioning the LLC1 service over to the Land Registry website (becoming digitised). Please note that this will have an effect on the turnaround time for Official Local Authority searches in the Plymouth area.
