New Groundsure ClimateIndex Module

Groundsure have announced that they will be launching a brand-new module on 28th June 2022.

The ClimateIndexTM is a predictive climate analysis which will be included as standard within the Homebuyers, Avista, Screening and Review. It will help identify the potential forward risk of flooding, ground stability, and coastal erosion from climate change over a number of time periods, based on Groundsure’s own modelling.

Each new report will be provided with an additional cover page explaining what ClimateIndexTM is and why Groundsure have decided on its inclusion. As a result of adding ClimateIndexTM into the above reports, the site plan that is usually present on page 1, has been moved to page 2.
