We are pleased to share that on 1st March 2021 Groundsure will be introducing the new Groundsure Apogee Utility search.

Groundsure are partnering with Apogee Property and Utility Consultants to bring you this new fully PAS 128 & HSG 47 compliant report.

The new reports (available with a drainage and water search incorporated and without) include everything you were used to seeing in the previous utilities reports but benefit from the expert information and guidance provided by Apogee.

Key features and benefits will include:

• Includes full Electric, Gas, Telecommunications, Infrastructure/Tunnels information
• Versions available with or without Water information
• Fully PAS128 Quality Level D, HSG47 compliant
• Virgin and Vodafone costs optional
• Size up to 25Ha
• Speeds of service available:  24hours, 5 days, 10 days and 20 days turnaround
• £2 Million PI Insurance
