Update from Wessex Searches in response to Covid-19

Following on from the Prime Minister's announcement on Monday advising of new measures to suppress the spread of the Corona virus, we have activated our Business Continuity Plans and all our staff are now working remotely.

This means you should see little or no change to our service to you.

You can continue to order all your searches from us online or by email and you can continue to reach us via our usual telephone numbers and emails.

Our customer services team and client relationship manager remain on hand to support you with any queries you may have.

Turnaround times for the Official Drainage and Water enquiries in the Wessex Water area remain at 1.5 days.

As you might expect we are receiving reports from a number of Local Authorities that turnaround times for Local Authority searches may be delayed due to staff shortages.  We will do our best to assist you if you need any Local Authority searches returned quickly as a matter of urgency.
