An important announcement regarding our CON29DW Commercial reports

I would like to thank you for your business and the continuing support you give us.

In our ongoing commitment to delivering you a Personal, Professional and Proactive service, from Monday 23rd September 2024, we shall be removing our two-tiered offering and moving forward with a single report, the CON29DW Commercial, in the Wessex Water region.

As well as providing you with an increased quality of service, we believe one single report will deliver you many benefits:

- A simplified product. As standard, the CON29DW Commercial will include up to 4 connections, with no limit in size of the boundary, at the set price of £225.00 including VAT.

- Higher liability cover. The new CON29DW Commercial will provide a liability cover of £10m.

- Fewer queries. We estimate the CON29DW Commercial will reduce the number of queries we send to you by approximately 36%.

- Faster delivery. As a result, less queries mean you get your report faster, by over 50% we estimate!

In return, the CON29DW Commercial is a fully endorsed Law Society report and will carry the DWSN mark, which represents the highest standard of product quality and consumer protection for all your commercial transactions.

Any existing orders placed prior to Monday 23rd September 2024, will reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
