Terms and Conditions for Searches Referral Scheme

1. The referred customer must order a minimum of one CON29DW Residential search per month for a 3-month period after their first search order.

2. The first order from the customer must be received by Wessex Searches within 30 days of the given referral.

3. There is no limit to the number of colleagues you can refer.

4. Qualifying orders must be paid for using either a debit/credit card or within the customer’s given payment terms following invoice. Cancelled search orders, card/invoice credits or bad debts against an order, will exclude the associated order from the scheme. Searches decision on whether an order search qualifies for a reward under the referral scheme will be final.

5. Qualifying referrals must be submitted through the dedicated online form for the scheme to allow tracking.

6. Vouchers will be issued to the referrer or their nominated charity following payment of the final invoice after the 3-month qualifying period.

7. Repeat or duplicate referrals will not qualify for the scheme.

8. Participants agree that Wessex Searches may terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
