I would like to thank you for your business and your ongoing support over what has been a challenging couple of years.

We are committed to delivering to you a Personal, Professional and Proactive service, and in order for us to keep this promise to you, as of 1st July 2023 we shall be increasing the cost of our Wessex Searches Official CON29DW Residential and Commercial reports. This is our first price rise since April 2018 and while we always try our best to absorb increases, due to the current economic climate we unfortunately have to increase at this time. 

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, and any orders placed prior to 1st July 2023 will be honoured at the old price.

I want to assure you that we are dedicated to providing the best service and products that you rely on us for, and I am pleased to tell you we are currently investing in our system which includes digitising our order platform to provide a full end to end offering that will deliver everything you require, all in one place.
