Terrafirma will be making fee changes to their products. They will be implementing a new pricing schedule based upon the size of the boundary. The sizing brackets will be as follows:

0-15 hectare

15-50 hectares

50-100 hectares

>100 hectares

LANDMARK CHANCEL REPORTS

Landmark will be introducing a brand-new chancel report for both residential and commercial transactions. The chancel repair liability screening report is designed to identify historical parishes where continuing chancel liability exists. It combines data sourced from historical parishes, national archives, tithe district and enclosures records, with expert interpretation and analysis from geographic historians and academics from the University of Portsmouth.

LANDMARK COMMERCIAL COAL AND CON29M

Landmark will be expanding their Landmark Coal and CON29M reports into the commercial market.

The Landmark Commercial Regulated Coal Report is a CIE Regulated assessment of coal risk that provides a detailed assessment regarding environmental or ground stability hazards resulting from past, current or future underground or opencast mining activities. It also includes information relating to subsidence claims, mine entry points, surface hazards and mining geology that may impact on a property. Landmark Commercial Coal follows guidance and answers all 14 questions as set out by The Law Society and is suitable for all transactions.

The CON29M Law Society compliant coal report from Landmark provides property-specific information relating to past, current and future underground and surface coal mining activities, for properties or sites in England, Scotland and Wales. Analysis is clearly presented in a simple traffic light system, with a professional opinion included as standard, providing practical next steps. Landmark Commercial CON29M answers all 14 of the CON29M questions as set out by The Law Society and is suitable for all transactions.
