Price Increase to Digitised LLC1 searches

We have been informed that HMLR will be increasing the fee for digitised LLC1 searches by £4 with effect from 9th December 2024.

This comes as the first price increase they have made in 10 years.

This will affect all Official full Local Authority Searches whereby the Council has digitised their LLC1 service.

The price increases will be implemented to our ordering platform on 9th December 2024. Any orders placed prior to this date will be honoured at the price at time of ordering.
