Local Authority price increases 13th January 2025

We have been informed by a supplier for some of our Local Authority Searches that they will be increasing the fee for their Full Official Searches by £3.60 with effect from 13th January 2025.

The price increases will be implemented to our ordering platform on 13th January 2025. Any orders placed prior to this date will be honoured at the price at time of ordering. Please see below a list of the main affected Local Authorities. Please note there are further Councils not captured below, however these are the most commonly ordered Local Authorities:
