Important Landmark Commercial Search Product Updates

Landmark will be relaunching a selection of their Commercial search products on 1st April 2025. The new and improved commercial reports are designed to help commercial real estate professionals reduce the time spent interpreting data and access the information they need more easily. In addition to this, the reports have been transformed with a new landscape layout making them even easier to interpret on a laptop or desktop screen and fewer pages to read.

We have summarised below the key changes you will need to be aware of.

Landmark have also compiled a User Guide to help you to understand these changes.

Price Increases

New Features and Added Value in Reports

Landmarks searches will now include further features to make them even more valuable for your clients.

Front page:

• At a glance view of risk results, making it easier to see what needs your attention
• Easily jump to the risk topic you’re interested in using our simple hyperlinks
• Clear contact details for when you need support from Landmark’s award-winning customer service team

Executive summary:

• Each risk has a concise, visual executive summary where the result and recommendation can be easily digested
• We’ve added a summary map for each risk type, so you can easily see what risks are in the area – without having to go to the data section
• If you’re interested in the detail, you can easily jump to the relevant parts of the data section using the hyperlink

Data section:

• We’ve made this section more concise for ease of use, and focussed on clearly surfacing the key data
• We only include data pages for categories where a risk has been identified, to cut out unnecessary pages to navigate
• The categories give a breakdown of each relevant dataset, enabling you to see the full detail via a map and in tabular form

Report Retirements and Updated Names

• Landmark have streamlined the names of some of their reports to align with their product portfolio.
