Groundsure residential environmental product enhancements

Effective from 1st July 2021 Groundsure will be making some big enhancements to their residential environmental portfolio.  

Listed below are the three products that will be benefitting from this, we have outlined a number of the key changes and benefits

AVISTA 

  • Will now include ten conveyancing searches in one! 
  • Will contain a full mining search with (where applicable) a CON29M, non-coal mining (covering tin, chalk, limestone and all other minerals) and a Cheshire Salt Search - as standard. 
  • Enhanced Avista Action Alert 
  • Improved accuracy using Land Registry title polygons 
  • A new front-page design enabling you to quickly find the relevant information 
  • The use of Groundsure’s National Brownfield Risk Model (NBRM) and the Groundsure National Mining and Stability Risk Model 

HOMEBUYERS 

  • Will now include seven conveyancing searches in one! 
  • The report will now include full planning, energy and transportation searches 
  • Improved accuracy using Land Registry title polygons 
  • Brand new Action Alert management tool 
  • The use of Groundsure’s National Brownfield Risk Model (NBRM) and the Groundsure National Mining and Stability Risk Model 

HOMESCREEN 

  • Will now include a full flood search and will comply with Law Society guidance on flood.  

In line with these new product changes, Groundsure will be implementing some price changes
