Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole Council – System Downtime

We have received an update from BCP Council to advise us that they are launching a new system to manage Local Land Charges.

To prepare for the launch of the new system on the 3 March, their current systems will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 21 February until our new system goes live on 3 March 2025.

BCP Local Land Charges will be unable to process applications and enquiries during this time. We would encourage you to submit any relevant applications outside this downtime period.

Local Land Charges final search submission before this downtime will be Tuesday 18 February at 5pm, any searches received after this time will be held until the system goes live.

BCP Council are taking every effort to minimise disruption while they introduce this new system but there will be unavoidable delays in services. Returning local land charge search requests may be delayed until late March.
