We have been informed by several suppliers that they will be implementing price increases from 1^stApril 2023.

• United Utilities CON29DW Commercial Standard A3 and A1 plans
• Official Local Authority Search: Bathnes Council
• Official Local Authority Search: BCP Council
• Official Local Authority Search: North Somerset Council
• Official Local Authority Search: South Gloucestershire Council

There will be no increases to the Wessex Searches CON29DW Residential, Standard Commercial or Commercial Search Extra on 1^st April 2023.

Please note that we are in the process of speaking with other suppliers to determine the full extent of price increases and therefore there may be further products which have not been captured above.
