Argyll Site Solutions Highways Residential

WHY CHOOSE SITE SOLUTIONS HIGHWAYS?

Site Solutions Highways provides a comprehensive analysis of highway information. It contains a manually assembled site plan which reveals the boundaries of publicly maintainable highways including verges.

The report provides clear confirmation of adoption status of roads, paths and verges, as well as information on road improvement schemes and forthcoming roadworks.

The report was designed to help “Make Highways fast” with the significant delays that many Local Authority’s are experiencing, the Site Solutions Highways report aims to return all reports within 10 working days.

WHO DOES SITE SOLUTIONS HIGHWAYS HELP?

Site Solutions Highways is suitable for the following:

  • Residential
  • Commercial
  • Existing properties
  • Development sites
  • Nationwide
  • Specific areas
  • Buyers
  • Lenders
  • Vendors
  • Tenants

HOW DOES SITE SOLUTIONS HIGHWAYS WORK?

The report is built from Argyll’s unique database sourced from Official Local Authority responses.

If the adoption status is public and the information is held on their database, a report can often be turned around faster than the Local Authority. 70% of reports are turned around in less than 10 working days.

In the case where Landmark’s supplier does not hold highways data and the delay to obtain the information is severe, they can supply an interim “line-only” highways report within 5-8 working days. These results would show which roads, footpaths and verges are adopted, indicated by a line on the mapping; but the full extent of these roads would not be shown. The other sections of the report would be completed in the normal way and when Landmark have the full extent plans from the relevant Local Authority, they will provide the full report. There is no extra charge for the “line-only” interim report.

WHAT DOES SITE SOLUTIONS HIGHWAYS REVEAL?

A key piece of information the report will reveal is whether roads, footpaths and verges are maintainable at public expense.

In addition to the Highways data, the report also includes key information such as

  • Road improvement schemes and orders
  • Forthcoming roadworks
  • Public rights of way (including proposed changes).
  • Clear digitised mapping showing extents
  • Requests of specific nearby roads available
