Groundsure product changes 

 

Groundsure have announced a number of changes to their reports which will be applicable as of theMonday 11th Feb 2019 .

 

New and Enhanced Reports

 

The Groundsure Homebuyers report has been upgraded and will now contain all the information which was in Homebuyers Plus. The enhanced report reviews flood, contaminated land, ground stability and screens other risks such as energy, transportation and planning for residential properties. The look and feel has also been improved, providing the same detail, design, layout and navigation as the Avista report. To view the product card, click here .

The Groundsure Energy and Transportation report includes a comprehensive search of existing or planned energy and transport infrastructure, covering residential or commercial properties. This will replace all existing transport and energy related products, providing all information in one comprehensive report. To view the product card, click here .

Groundsure are launching their own CON29M, which has been accredited by the Law Society for both residential and commercial transactions. The report answers all official 11 questions requested in the Law Society guidance notes 2018 and includes information on Cheshire Brine Compensation area. Groundsure's Enviro All-in-One combines an environmental report with an official CON29M, providing information on flood, contaminated land, ground stability, radon and coal mining.
